If we examine ourselves so intimately, we are targeting the social sicknesses at the source and can find resolution in our daily societal concerns of suffering. The story is enhanced by the very fact that the Author and artist ended his life by Jumping from the Rio Grande Gorge bridge after battling an unknown underlying health condition for many years. The condition caused his body to waste away and was not able to absorb nutrients after a certain time. During the end of his life he was able to paint through the symptoms of his illness until the day he died. This is remarkable artifact to possess highlighting the artist’s philosophy and his dedication to the philosophy.
The chapters are out of time and space in relation to one another. It is a unique window into the creative mind of our artist. He himself did not experience psychosis but understood it by proxy through his mother. This book is not for the faint of heart.
