1. Returns: We only accept returns to replace items that are received that are; the Wrong item sent, Defective or damaged item, Print error or fulfillment mistake. In such cases as these, the item will be replaced at no cost, not refunded. For items purchased online, returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at Jumpersteeth@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without the authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 30 days for the replacement to be processed.
  2. Return shipping: Return instructions will be provided if a return is required. In most cases, you will not need to return the item. We may ask for photographic evidence instead, as Printful typically does not require returns for replacements.
  3. Eligible items: The following items are not eligible: Clearance Items, Final sale items, Perishable items, Special order items, and gift cards. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at managements discretion, if the item being returned does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
  4. Condition of items: Except for items that were damaged when purchased, Items may be “open boxed,” but must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging.
  5. Form of Payment: Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment, minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued upon our discretion.
  6. Other Terms and Conditions: Refunds are rare and will only be issued if we are unable to replace an eligible item under the terms above. If a refund is approved, it will be issued in the original form of payment, minus shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Refunds cannot be administered for reasons akin to; Buyer’s remorse, Wrong size ordered by customer, or “I changed my mind.”
